Courier & Delivery

All orders are shipped via The Courier Guy using the Economy service (2–5 business days).

Please note:

• All wigs require a 3–5 business day preparation period before dispatch.

• Courier delivery timelines begin only after processing is completed.

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary depending on location.

Processing Time

Each wig is carefully prepared before shipping. This preparation period ensures quality control and proper packaging.

• Standard preparation time: 3–5 business days

• Shipping timeframes apply after preparation is complete

Returns & Exchanges – Pre-Cut Lace Wigs

Wigs with pre-cut lace are classified as customized products.

As such:

• All pre-cut lace wigs are final sale

• No returns or exchanges are accepted once the wig has left the studio

• Exceptions apply only if the item is damaged or incorrect upon delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery

• Include clear photos and your order number

• Once verified, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion

Claims submitted outside the 24-hour window may not be considered.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
